I ate lunch with a friend - also unemployed - today. He has given up looking. I now know 13 people who have become unemployed in the last 5 months (these are friends not acquaintances). I wish that I believed the savior Barack was going to fix this shit but I don't. This is way to big for one Chicago pol to fix.
